Lets make exercise be apart of our daily routine!!
Ok goal is for the new year to exercise and stick with it. Stick with it hmmmmmmmm i have a hard time sticking with stuff :) Often my modivation takes a hike when i should be hiking :) On thursdays(maybe twice a month) i hope to encourage you and be encourged to exercise. Exercise is soooooooooo important for the steps towards healthy living!

So are you going to join me come on lets do this together. Have you been putting it off like me? Or maybe you have are already started exercising but want to keep motivated. Those who have not started lets First come up with a plan. Are you going to exersize 3 days a week or every day? What time of day is best for you to do this? What types of exercize, Areobics,wii fit, the gym, walk, run? Are you going to get people to join you? Who, friends, family?



Me? I will need to exercise at night or in morning. I think i will use the wii fit. Once the weather is better i would like to walk and maybe get the whole family involved. Great way to spend time with family. Tonight when my little guy goes to sleep going to get that wii fit out. He won't be happy cause it has been a long time :) I will try and do some sort of exercise each day.

Healthy living is such a broad range of things. Mondays Mention today will be about the household. Whether our house is orderly or not can spill over onto other areas of are healthy living (or not healthy living). If our house is disorderly and a bit of a mess this can cause us to feel stress which can effect our health physically and effect how we treat others. Also if my kitchen is a mess then i am less likely to cook a healthy meal. Sooooooo todays mention is Rachel over at Home Sanctuary. I have mentioned her before, would like to mention her again now is a great time to jump in....

Taking Friends Along on the Journey





I am so excited about the new year!! This year instead of trying to reach my(or get a step closer to) goals alone i am connecting with others with the same kind of goals. I am thinking this will help me get a lot further on my goals. The Internet can really be a awesome tool to help us along the way connect us to like minded friends. We can have a friend to help us up when we fall (Get us going back in the right direction) and we can do the same for our friends. We can learn from each other and some much more. Remember we are not taking along dictators or judges but friends. A few days ago i shared 2010 a step closer to our goals there i shared about the 21 day vegan kickstart and the Constantly Seeking God challenge.
